What you can expect...

Final Walkthrough and New Home Orientation

With your new home now completed, we will schedule a final walkthrough with our Customer Service Manager and also go through a complete orientation of the features of your new Home. This session usually occurs 2-3 days prior to closing. During orientation, a list noting any items that need attention will be made so that they can be addressed prior to move-in if at all possible.

Pre-Closing Meeting

During the orientation of your new home, you will have a brief pre-close meeting to review final pricing and get a better idea of what to expect at your closing.

Closing

The closing of your home is quite often the most exciting day in the process of building your new home. This session closes the loan and serves as the ending of the home building process as you are handed the keys to your new home.

Post Walkthrough Meeting

A few weeks after closing our Customer Service Representative will meet with you to make sure that all of your final walkthrough items have been addressed. We will also discuss warranty issues and policies as well as review the procedures for working with out service department.
