First Selections Meeting

In this first meeting you will be meeting with our interior designer Joy Robicharud, A.S.I.D, at our selection center.  At this meeting, you will learn more about the selections process, timetables for decision making and review general materials specifications to be used in your new home.

Pre-Construction Meeting

This important meeting is held prior to the ground breaking of your new home. At this meeting with Pratt Homes personnel, including your salesperson, you will be signing off on your final working drawings, making a construction downpayment.

Construction Begins
