Framing Walkthrough

This meeting will provide you an opportunity to review your home prior to sheetrocking.

Electrical Walkthrough

Following the framing walkthrough, you will meet with one of our electricians for you electrical walkthrough. This is your opportunity to approve your electrical plan and add outlets, recessed lighting, etc.

Low Voltage Walkthrough

This walkthrough will allow you to review and approve placement of phone jacks, tv, security systems and more. Additional  add-ons can be made at this time.

Flooring and Closet Meeting

If applicable, you can meet our hardwood floor installer to verify stain colors and finishes as well as our closet design specialist to review special organizational needs you may have.

Construction Continues

The construction of your home continues with sheetrocking, painting, interior millwork, ceramic work, plumbing & heating, appliances, hardware, etc., through the completion of the home.
