Interior Trim Meeting

While the initial construction of your new Pratt Home commences, you will meet with Pratt Homes construction personnel and design staff to review built-im cabinetry, millwork and interior trim.

Color Selection

Another important session will be to meet again with our interior designer to review and make color selections including carpet, flooring, brick, stone, countertops, paints and stains. You will be encouraged to bring color swatches, pictures and magazine clippings of specific features you wish to include.

Lighting Selections

You will meet with Noel Sheldon at Creative Lighting’s showroom to review your electrical plan and select your lighting choices.

Appliance Selections

You will make an appointment with Sears Appliance Select to shop for your appliances and make your selections. Pratt Homes will install all appliances.

Cabinet Layout Meeting

In this meeting our cabinet company will review the layout for your kitchen, laundry, bath and wetbar cabinetry. You will also select optional items such as rollout shelves, tip-out sink fronts, etc.

Low Voltage Selections

Review and make selections for security systems, sound systems, central vac, tv systems, computer cabling.
